I went to the urgent care as I am from Tennessee and was babysitting my grand daughter and began to feel bad, coughing and just not feeling well. The staff was extra nice. I was seen by Josh who was Great, in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely go back when I’m in the area Sid I need to see someone. Great place.
I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Right Choice deserves a shout out! Everyone - from the front office to the medical staff, and the NP, Josh - is friendly, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and has an amazing bedside manner. Their online scheduling system allows patients to select an approximate appointment time; thus, avoiding long wait times I've experienced at other urgent care facilities in the Cypress area. Right Choice had earned a new, loyal patient!

Very friendly and fast service. Good experience all together. The doctor is not arrogant which is rare. The front desk staff is great and they are all friendly. Pricing is fair and you do get good service. I recommend it.
My preferred choice for urgent care. Staff is friendly and prompt. Doctors bedside manners are superb. 10/10 would recommend
We love right choice!! We have used them several times and have had the best experience each time. Our most recent visit was for 7 stitch across the eyebrow for our 6 year old. They were so quick to help us! NP Josh is so great with kids, and did an amazing job on the stitches. We highly recommend them!! Amazing staff, service, and all around experience every single time!!
I visited Right Choice this past weekend with acute chest pain and was certain I was having a heart attack. The lady at the front desk checked me in quickly and helped me to calm down. She even sat with me in the lobby until I was able to see the NP. I can't say enough about the great experience I had here. What a wonderful addition to our growing community.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I’ve visited several urgent care clinics in the Cypress area and I’m not impressed with any. However I would recommend Right Choice urgent care for anyone that wants reliable and great medical treatment. Services was phenomenal and the staff were very friendly and patient with my little one. Josh the nurse practitioner was prompt and prescribed exactly what we needed. Thank you all for making us feel comfortable.
If you want to go where people actually care about you, go here! Every single person was SO sweet to me and did everything they could to help me. I will definitely come here next time I need urgent care.
