It’s that time of year again. The leaves are changing, there is a chill in the air and we are getting ready for Thanksgiving. This time of year also should remind you to get a flu shot. Getting the flu can be an instantaneous event. Suddenly you feel just awful, and all you want to do is get in bed with lots of warm covers. Other illnesses like the common cold, or even the COVID virus comes on a little at a time over a day or so. To be clear, the CDC recommends everyone over the age of 6 months get a flu shot this year.
